Beauty on a Budget in Donelson!
- Uh oh…a section of this second story deck was sagging. One company wanted to replace the whole deck - Yikes! But cost was a huge consideration so we inspected it and came up with a plan. We installed a temporary jack system to get it level and then fortified it with a beam and additional posts to keep it level and safe. Then we replaced the first 12 rows of decking and built two sections of railings that were warped to match the rest. Then we added a privacy wall. Voila…all fixed! Now the customer will wait a few months until the new pressure-treated wood is ready for stain and make it all match. Happy family!!!
