We added a deck for these first-time homeowners to give them much-needed outdoor living space and a place to relax and entertain. Their backyard was previously underused, with no defined area for gatherings or enjoying the outdoors. The new deck provides a comfortable extension of their home, perfect for weekend barbecues, morning coffee, or hosting friends —ideal for busy new homeowners. And we added a privacy wall for seclusion. This addition not only increases their usable square footage but also enhances the overall value and enjoyment of their property. 

We were able to recommend a person to cut a door into the brick for deck access too!
