We were recently called to look at a deck extension for two homeowners living side-by-side. We took a look and quoted them a price to build both projects according to local building code regs. Well, we weren't chosen because they took the lowest bidder. No reference checks, not built according to local codes and the crew was less than exemplary. Then, two weeks later, we got the call..."We made a mistake". Is there any way you can take over and fix what they started?

And we did and we completed the project. We poured the proper concrete footers and fixed what the previous "contractor" started.
