This 12x20 deck was downright dangerous it was so rotted. So, day one was DEMO DAY and we completely removed everything including the substructure. Then we dug the footers and ordered the first inspection with the City of Hendersonville - PASSED! Then we built the substructure and ordered the second inspection - PASSED! Then we completed the deck build and ordered the final inspection - PASSED! And we have a very happy customer!
