This 25 year old porch and outside deck and railings were so unsafe, you had to walk carefully around some sections. So we tore out much of the substructure and remodeled to bring it up to speed with black aluminum railing balusters and a wider stairway to the yard. We also added horizontal boards under the deck and a gate for access. Then we added decorative post caps on the railing posts. Our customer is VERY pleased with the results in just 7 days!
