These Hermitage customers had a problem. Their deck was fine but the posts holding the roof and deck up were rotting at the bottom. So they hired us to temporarily support the roof with jacks while we surgically removed the old 4x4 posts and replaced them with new 6x6 posts on concrete footers and galvanized post bases to assure it will never happen again. And we added a double beam at the roof level for additional support. Oh, and we suggested vertical pressure treated boards around the perimeter to keep the critters out! A day and a half later, we were on to another job and the customer is very happy! Here is what they had to say:
